We provide services to both the buyers and sellers of property subject to Body Corporate management, as well as to Body Corporate, Strata and Owners Corporations.

Our Body Corporate Inspection Reports are on-site investigative reports detailing all matters of interest to a buyer including; latent and patent defects, financial matters, harmony issues, copies of minutes, correspondence, financial statements and insurance. We also provide the obligatory QLD Disclosure Statement required by seller of a Lot in a Community Title Scheme prior to execution of a Contract. These documents provide important financial information together with details of Body Corporate management and module.

In addition to these reports, we also provide Body Corporates with access to a number of services, including pool inspections, secret ballot arrangements and our full complement of property information services.
