Our core practice management product for the property community is Valuemate. Valuemate provides for the management of all your customer related information in a single system and enables you to manage organisational information relating to the company, offices and contacts.

You can also define and report on the jobs requested by your customers departments and/or cost centres. The customer department and cost centre feature allows you to generate invoices and reports for your banking clients in the formats they want. This eliminates the need to export data to excel and then manually lookup job information to create the report layout your bank customer requires.

At its heart, Valuemate possesses a powerful property database that provides an information hub for all property activities that you record. Over time, Valuemate builds a detailed trail of every interaction you have with every property be it a valuation, sale or rental transaction. Furthermore, our range of title and plan services, plus QVAS, are integrated with the product, enabling rapid access to information without the need to re-key data.

Valuemate Tablet Edition integrates with Microsoft InfoPath, which is a tablet PC-aware forms data capture platform. InfoPath includes a forms editor which allows you to create the form layout you desire, and Valuemate provides for the creation of different forms for each property type. Additionally, the property characteristics you define in Valuemate are automatically available when you create your InfoPath.

Our Valuemate package also boasts integration with LIXI-compliant lenders. Valuation requests can be electronically transmitted directly from your customers to your Valuemate database, eliminating the need for data entry. As the valuation moves through the valuation workflow, status updates (such as a delay advice) are automatically sent to your customer, further eliminating the need for manual contact. When the valuation is completed, Valuemate packages up the report data, document and photographs, and transmits the data directly to your customer. Valuemate tracks all received and sent messages, which provides detailed auditing across all jobs and messages.

The entire process is delivered via secure, Internet-based transmission protocols to ensure both the authenticity and privacy of your transactions.

The Valuemate LIXI Gateway closes the loop on information transmission, eliminating costly data entry operations and dramatically shortening job turnaround times. Combined with the Valuemate Tablet PC edition, data entry is eliminated from all stages of the valuation process.
