We use our cadastral suite of information as the basis for powering our intelli-Map™ and
intelli-Radial™ products, which offer spatial mechanisms for smart selection of
plan
images and titles.
intelli-Radial™ is a simple text-based search mechanism that uses spatial queries to accept a central land parcel and identify all of the parcels within a given radius. Similarly, intelli-Map™ takes an initial central parcel and displays a cadastral image of surrounding features, including other parcels as well as roads. Smart selection tools enable you to pick one or more parcels in the vicinity of the origin by dragging out a radius, drawing polygons and using street midlines with buffer zones.
Both of our spatially-powered intelli-tools™ provide the ability to order corresponding titles and plans from the selections made, and for QLD these services are extended by integrating with the Computer Inventory of Survey Plans (CISP) to provide historical plan data. These tools are invaluable for the property professional looking to discover information around a block, including legal ownership, boundary positions, identification surveys and trig points.
